De vraag was:\u00a0<em style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 15.454545021057129px; line-height: 22.159090042114258px;\">Hoe kunnen we een verdiepingsslag maken in onze klantrelaties?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>De focus van de training lag op het thema <em>Vertrouwen (<\/em><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 15.454545021057129px; font-style: normal; line-height: 22.159090042114258px;\">opbouwen van een vertrouwensrelatie en de\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"font-size: 15.454545021057129px; font-style: normal; line-height: 22.159090042114258px; text-decoration: underline;\" title=\"Is \u2018vertrouwen\u2019 the key to success?\" href=\"http:\/\/vanderlindenconsultancy.nl\/?p=974\">vertrouwensformule<\/a>).<em><br \/>\n&#8211; Wat is vertrouwen?<br \/>\n&#8211; Wanneer vertrouw jij iemand? Wanneer kan iemand jou vertrouwen?<br \/>\n&#8211; Uit welke elementen is vertrouwen opgebouwd?<br \/>\n&#8211; Hoe geef jij vertrouwen vorm? Vanuit welke overtuigingen\u00a0en persoonlijke kracht?<br \/>\n&#8211; Welke elementen van vertrouwen zet jij in en welke niet? Wat is het effect hiervan?<br \/>\n&#8211; Hoe bouw je een vertrouwensrelatie op?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Een van de opvallendste dingen in deze dagen was dat de deelnemers zich vooral richten op <strong>Wat<\/strong> ze zeggen (de inhoud ) en minder op het <strong>Hoe <\/strong>(presentatie van de inhoud). Als ik X zeg wat zegt mijn non-verbaal gedrag (houding) en mijn verbaal gedrag (stemgebruik) dan? Wat straal ik uit?<\/p>\n<p>Is datgene wat ik zeg in overeenstemming met datgene wat ik voel, vind en ervaar? Zo niet, wat straal ik dan uit? Is mijn gedrag congruent? De klant hoort het ene en ziet vaak iets anders&#8230;..wat doet dit met vertrouwen? Incongruent gedrag heeft grote invloed op vertrouwen!<\/p>\n<p>Het effect van onze boodschap (communicatie) wordt voor 7% bepaald door onze woorden (inhoud), 38% door stemgebruik (verbaal gedrag) en 55% door onze houding (non-verbaal gedrag).
