Dit kun je achterhalen door te luisteren naar je klant en vooral veel vragen te stellen!<\/p>\n<p>De meest gebruikte en effectieve vragen zijn:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Open vragen<\/strong>: deze vragen beginnen met wie, wat, waar, waarom, hoe, waarmee, wanneer&#8230;? De klant krijgt de ruimte om veel informatie te geven.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gesloten vragen<\/strong>: deze vragen starten met een werkwoord. Voorbeeld: Bent u degene die beslist? De ander antwoordt met <em>ja<\/em> of <em>nee.\u00a0<\/em>Je\u00a0kunt recht op je doel afgaan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suggestieve vragen:\u00a0<\/strong>met deze vragen stuur je bewust naar de antwoordmogelijkheden <em>ja<\/em> of <em>nee. <\/em>Voorbeelden:<em>\u00a0<\/em>U twijfelt dus aan&#8230;? Deze vragen kunnen veel informatie opleveren. Let op dat ze hun doel niet voorbij schieten en je niet te veel voor de klant gaat invullen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Controle vragen<\/strong>: met deze vragen kun je controleren of je de klant goed begrepen hebt. Voorbeelden: \u00a0Formuleer ik uw mening goed als ik zeg dat&#8230;? Klopt het dat&#8230;?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tegenvragen<\/strong>: deze vragen worden gesteld om het initiatief te houden of om het te hernemen. Voorbeelden:\u00a0<strong><\/strong>Hoe bedoelt u?\u00a0Wat is de achtergrond van uw vraag?<\/p>\n<p>Stel vragen en luister goed.
